How do I start translating?

Item ID: This column represents the technical ID name for each text item. These are used for internal dev purposes and should not be edited or translated themselves.
RESOURCE_ID: This row is used for internal dev purposes and should not be edited or translated.
Placeholders: Whenever you see the 'percent' character ('%') it means there's a placeholder in the text. This means that DAP replaces that placeholder with other text. For example, '%1', '%d', '%date', etc. are all placeholders that will be replaced with other text such as - time of day, connection retries left, folder name, etc..
Names: There is no need to translate names such as DAP, DAP Premium, or AlwaysResume.
Right-to-left: In sentences that have both Urdu and English, make sure to toggle between the languages in the correct order, even if it is not displayed properly on Wiki. Signs such as ':', '()' should be written as Urdu signs. This will ensure that the sentence will appear properly on DAP.

To start translating DAP:

Login
Click on the “Edit This Page” button that will appear at the top of the page.
Enter your translation in between the lines, next to each English word or phrase (like this: “|ID###|English|TRANSLATION GOES HERE|”)

Once the translation is complete we will upload a testing version for Wiki users to test on their DAP.
