We've posted the basic English template as the default. We added a few blank templates for popular languages, just to get things going. These Wiki translations are distributed with the official Download Accelerator Plus (DAP).

We invite you to download the official release of DAP.
Basic (section 1) Translation
In order to make the collaborative translation more manageable, we decided to divide the complete DAP texts and user interface into several sections. Templates provided below contain all the basic (section 1) texts for translations.
Communities that complete the basic translation, can continue to section 2 from the main (section 1) page of the individual language.

I'm sorry if it wasn't clear before, but we actually want to make sure that DAP is NOT translated. If you can go through the translation and make sure that DAP is always written in English, that would make the translation ready for release.

Dear Fernando, I want to thank you for this detailed response and to address some of the points you raised.
Some of the missing translations that you pointed out have been intentionally left out. Specifically, the “Language” menu is left in English so that any user can easily find it if they accidently change their language to something they don’t understand.
Additionally, we have not made the FTP menu available for translation yet and are considering whether to do so.
Also, the “Bandwidth control” options are not available for translation although we hope to make them available in the future.
Again I want to thank you for bringing all of these issues to our attention. We sincerely appreciate the help you are providing.

Hi everybody.
I helped translating the Spanish Mexican version. I have checked well sections 1 and 2.
I believe have found THREE bugs on translation system. I believe this corrections are extensive to ALL languages.
They are not translator related. They are related to unavailability of text for translation.
First posible bug is word Language on main menu, between Tools and FTP in main GUI. It should be translated but I haven´t been bale to locate where.
Second posible bug is all FTP menu tree not translated, in main GUI. It is not available for translation on sections 1 or 2.
Third posible bug, there is one translation box missing:
On:
Spanish Translation (Español México) - Section 2
Dialogue Window ID: 1031 Options → Connection….. (Fourth box from top of page.)
ID20285 Bandwidth Control
Until there all is fine.
This option of the menu leads to a different menu, unavailable translation box, that on the current 100% spanish testing version is still in english. This menu is:
Limited bandwidth
Cooperative bandwidth
Unlimited bandwidth
I have deeply searched for this description box on Sections 1 and 2, but there is no box or place to translate this dialogs.
I hope this info is seen by DAP people and help us help to improve translation system.

Why are you slow with translation to Serbian when Serbian is spoken / used in Croatia and Bosnia (half of Bosnia is Serb Republic of the Republic of Srpska, so there's no Bosnian but Serbia) just called Croatian and used for just several words different dialect???

There are two different translation templates for Portuguese (Portugal) and for Portuguese (Brazil). You are welcome to edit/update these translations. Remember to login first…
In the Portuguese page on how to obtain a free Premium version, you ask for “Primeiro nome” (first name) and “Apelido”. Please notice that “Apelido” means “surname” in Portugal, but “nickname” in Brazil.
